Hey there Foodies,

I’m Roshani De Alwis—a Food Scientist, recipe creator, and lifelong foodie. Originally from Sri Lanka and now based in Canada, I hold a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and I bring over a decade of experience in the food industry. Since 2020, I’ve also been an active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM).

Beyond my professional life, my passions come alive in the kitchen. I love experimenting with recipes, photographing my creations, and exploring new ingredients and global cuisines. Traveling, storytelling, food photography and videography are my favorite ways to stay curious and creative.

සුදු බතට අඹ උයලා, හාල්මැස්සො තෙල්දාලා, ගොටුකොළ සම්බෝලයි, පපඩමුයි එක්ක කෙසෙල් කොළේ ඔතලා කමුද? 🤤 නූඩ්ල්ස් එක්ක තෙම්පරාදු කරපු පරිප්පුයි, සැමන් කරියයි 🤤 කමුද? කඩේටත් වඩා රසට සීනි සම්බෝල බන් ගෙදරදීම හදමු… සීනි සම්බෝල බන් එකක් කාලා ඉඟුරු දාපු ප්ලේන්ටියක් බොමුද? 🤤 මේ වගේ රස්නෙ දවස් වලට හදලා බලන්න මරැ මෙනු එක🔥 කෙසෙල්මුව වලින්, වෙජිටේරියන් (නිර්මාංශික) ඔයාටත් දැන් රස බර්ගර් එකක්… වෙනසකටත් එක්ක කෙසෙල් මුව වඩේ හදමුද? බත් කන්න, බයිට් එකට මරැ කෑමක්🤤 ගී රයිස් හදන දවසට මේ මෙනු එක ට්‍රයි කරලා බලන්න🤤 හාල්මැස්සොයි-අලයි උයලා, මාළුමිරිස් තෙල්දාලා, පොල් සම්බෝලයි, තම්බපු බිත්තරයි එක්ක දුම් දාන සුවදැල් හාලේ බත් කමුද? 🤤
