I’m Roshani De Alwis, originally from Sri Lanka but now living in Canada. I hold a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and have worked in the food industry for 9 years. I’m also an active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management since 2020. In my free time, I love to experiment with new recipes in my kitchen and capture pictures of my creations. I’m passionate about traveling, photography, and exploring different cuisines, which are some of my favorite hobbies.
